The collector is the main device for collecting electric energy in the sliding contact line system. Through the sliding contact between the collector brush and the guide rail, the electric energy is directly transmitted to the electrical appliances, so as to realize the mobile power supply of the system. The collector consists of two parts: a tension device of mechanical structure and a collector brush that is directly in contact with the sliding of the guide rail.

     The tension device of the mechanical structure determines the sliding contact pressure of the brush and the guide rail and the stability of the mechanism. The brush is the conductor of the sliding contact of the guide rail to pick up the electric energy. Its performance and conductive quality and the quality of the material structure composition will directly affect the safe operation quality of the entire system equipment.

Tip: The collector brush is a consumable product on the dual-arm collector rack. When the collector brush is worn out, it only needs to replace the new collector brush.
